Personal account or workspace?
Your account is the person who signs in. A workspace is the team and content you are working with. You can belong to several workspaces, with a different role and seat in each. Changing your personal profile is not the same as changing an office logo, transferring ownership or switching the payer.
Open the header avatar to find My profile, My billing and sign-out. On smaller screens, language and light/dark controls are in this menu too.
Guides in this area
- Update your profile: name, phone, gender, photo, bio and the real-estate broker-license field.
- Understand and manage sign-in methods: Google, email/password and identity confirmation.
- Join the affiliate program: business details, customer discount, referral code and commission.
- Track affiliate payouts and documents: held earnings, payout status and required documents where offered.
- Rate your experience and send feedback: the in-app rating request and optional follow-up offers.
Preferences live in Settings
Language, appearance and notification preferences are not edits to your profile photo or biography. For email and WhatsApp notification preferences, sign-in settings and other account preferences, see Settings. The bell displays notifications; its presence does not mean every external delivery channel is connected or enabled.
Your bills are personal too
My billing can show seats you pay for across workspaces, including sponsored seats you fund. Updating Phone in your profile does not change the Billing email on a saved payment method. See Plans and billing for card and billing-contact changes.
Availability
If you don't see Earn in the menu, it isn't enabled for your workspace yet. The affiliate page can also state that the program is not open or is closed to changes. The rating page only has a form when a rating request is available. Do not treat either an unavailable referral program or an empty rating page as an account-sign-in failure.
