What this page explains
Recorded affiliate commission is not the same as a completed payout. The Earn page distinguishes earnings, holds, documents and payout history. Payout controls appear only when the page supplies the relevant payout information; they are not a promise that payouts are enabled for every account.
Before you start
Join the program and review Your contract on Earn. Have the business documents requested for your account. The program's introductory rules say commission becomes payable after 30 days with monthly payouts on the tenth, subject to requirements; the actual contract and payout status are what matter for your account.
Review amounts and holds
- Open Earn and compare Earned with On hold. A hold can prevent payment even though commission is recorded.
- In Payout history, inspect the payout date, amount, withheld tax, sent amount and invoice status where shown.
- Read any hold message. The interface can require a saved card, a withholding certificate, an accepted invoice, a minimum amount or resolution of an earlier payment.
- Follow the action for that specific requirement rather than assuming another referral will release it.
The UI says commission below ₪100 rolls over to a later payout. A previous unresolved payout holds later payouts until it is resolved. Processing or Awaiting resolution is not Paid or Confirmed paid.
Upload the requested invoice or receipt
- Find Invoice required. Check which document is requested: Receipt (קבלה) or Tax invoice receipt (חשבונית מס קבלה).
- Copy the exact recipient, date requirement and amount shown. For a tax invoice receipt, check Before VAT, VAT and Invoice total separately.
- Prepare a nonempty PDF, up to 10 MB. Do not upload an unrelated document simply to clear the banner.
- Choose Upload invoice and select the PDF. If the screen offers email delivery, use its displayed destination and send from your LeadKnight account email.
- Wait for the upload confirmation. It explicitly says document checks and certificate review may take time; upload completion does not instantly accept the invoice or release a hold.
- If Last invoice rejection appears, read the reason and any expected-versus-found amount detail. Correct the document and upload the replacement.
Upload a withholding certificate
- Find Withholding certificate and review its current status, rate and Valid until where present.
- Choose Upload certificate and select the required PDF, up to 10 MB.
- Check for Pending review, Approved, Rejected or Superseded. Only a completed upload is not an approval. Replace an expired certificate when the screen requests it.
Payment method and program changes
If the page asks you to Add a card in Billing to get paid, use Billing and return to inspect the payout status. Where supplied, the page identifies the saved payout card by its ending. Never send card details in a document or support message.
Leaving the program disables your code but does not erase recorded earned commission. It also does not waive invoice or certificate requirements. See The affiliate program for leaving and rejoining rules.
If something goes wrong
- File refused: use a real, nonempty PDF within the displayed size limit.
- Invoice hold remains after upload: checks can still be pending; read the status and any rejection.
- Amount mismatch: match the precise expected before-VAT, VAT and total fields shown.
- Missing or expired certificate: upload the current certificate and wait for review.
- Payout unresolved: follow the status and contact support if necessary; do not assume another payout has succeeded.
- No payout controls: this part of the program may not be available for your account yet.
