Find the right section

Open Settings in the app. The page groups controls by purpose; on smaller screens, the section buttons at the top jump down the page. There is no single Save button for the whole page: each card either saves its own form or saves a switch when you change it.

Section or card What belongs here
Assistant Learned information, remembered rules and facts, writing style, approval preferences and WhatsApp messages from the assistant.
Account preferences Sign-in methods, interface preferences and notification delivery.
Business identity Business name, industry, goals, description, knowledge for AI writing and logo.
Business details Business address, phone and email used in email contact details.
Advanced Workspace Time zone, and developer API keys and webhooks when available.
Billing Open billing, which opens the separate billing page.

Business and workspace settings

Business identity and business contact details are editable by workspace owners and admins. Other members see a read-only version. These are workspace settings, not a replacement for your personal profile; see Your account.

Language and appearance

Under Account preferences, find Preferences.

  1. In Language, choose English or עברית. This changes the interface language and text direction.
  2. In Appearance, choose Light or Dark.

These controls do not switch between the general and real-estate editions. The edition belongs to the workspace.

Assistant controls

The Assistant guide links to detailed instructions for the controls inside Assistant: approvals and automatic publishing, memory and learned information, writing style, and chatting or giving tasks.

WhatsApp messages from your assistant controls reminders before meetings, idle-contact alerts, the morning briefing and quiet hours. This is separate from the Notifications card under Account preferences. WhatsApp settings depend on an available channel and a connected account; follow the connection prompt if it appears.

Developer API keys and webhooks

Scroll to Advanced. When enabled, Developer API contains Your API keys, Create API key, the API base URL and API documentation (OpenAPI). Webhooks contains Your webhooks and Add webhook.

These connect your own server to the workspace. Keys and signing secrets must stay on your server, never in public browser code, URLs or a shared document. Follow Developer API for the actual setup and security requirements.

If you do not see Developer API or Webhooks, it is not enabled for your workspace yet. Existing keys or webhooks may remain visible for revocation or deletion even when new use is disabled. Do not mistake a disabled creation control for an empty list.

For the separate AI-connector topic, see AI connector; do not use an API key as a substitute for an unavailable connector.

Billing

Under Billing, select Open billing. Changes to plans, payment methods and billing are handled on that page, not in the settings cards. See Plans and billing.

If something goes wrong

  • A card is still loading: wait for its controls before editing; each card loads independently.
  • A load error appears: use Retry where offered. A failed load is not proof that saved information was deleted.
  • A save error appears: the change was not confirmed. Keep the page open, correct any highlighted field and try that card again.
  • Business fields are read-only: ask a workspace owner or admin to change them. Switching interface language does not change permissions.
