What this does
Registration creates your personal app account. Workspace setup and social-network connections come afterwards. An invitation can instead open a registration form that keeps the invitation as your destination.
Before you start
Use an email address you can access, or the Google account you want to use for future sign-ins. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy linked next to the consent checkbox. You must accept them before either registration method can continue.
Create the account
- Open the sign-up page. The public page shows Start your 10-day free trial. If you already have an account, choose Already have an account? Sign in instead.
- Select the checkbox accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If it is missing, the form highlights it rather than completing registration.
- Choose Continue with Google, then complete Google's account selection; or enter Email and Password in the form.
- For email registration, complete the human-verification check if shown, then choose Start free trial. An invitation or embedded form may instead label the action Create account.
- If Check your email appears, open the confirmation message and its link. The notice shows the destination email. If confirmation is not required, the app continues directly.
- Continue to the setup flow or the invitation you opened. Follow onboarding to create or join the correct workspace.
Password and trial notes
- The registration form requires at least eight characters and refuses passwords longer than 200 characters. Follow any stronger-password guidance shown by the service.
- The public sign-up screen advertises a ten-day free trial with no payment during the trial. Creating credentials is not the same as activating a seat: review the actual plan, trial eligibility and payment terms in the seat dialog before confirming. See Plans and billing.
- Google sign-in does not connect a social publishing account. Those connections are separate.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What it means and what to do |
|---|---|
| The consent checkbox is highlighted | Accept the linked terms and privacy policy, then retry your chosen method. |
| No confirmation email | Check spam and promotions, verify the address displayed, and use sign-in if you already registered. The notice deliberately does not reveal whether an address already has an account. |
| An expired confirmation link | Start sign-up again to request a fresh confirmation link. |
| A human-verification error | Complete the check below the fields and submit again. |
| Too many attempts | Wait before retrying; repeated submissions do not bypass the limit. |
| Google sign-in does not start | Retry after checking your connection. Do not assume registration succeeded from this error. |
