Update your personal profile
Save your name, phone, gender, profile photo and bio, with an optional broker licence number in the real-estate edition.

What the profile changes
Your personal profile belongs to your account. It is distinct from the workspace's business identity and billing contact. You can edit personal details without renaming the office or changing its logo.
Before you start
Sign in to your own account and have the intended phone number and optional photo ready. If you are trying to update the business description or office logo, use Settings instead.
Update the fields
- Open the account avatar and choose My profile. The Your profile card loads the saved values.
- Edit Full name. A nonempty name is required to enable Save; the field allows up to 200 characters.
- Check Phone. You may leave it empty; if supplied, enter a valid number, such as an Israeli mobile number in local or international format. The number cannot already be used by another account.
- Choose Gender using Male or Female. These are the choices the current form provides.
- In Nadlanite, optionally fill Broker licence number. The field accepts 1–10 digits or can be left empty.
- Choose Your photo to select an image. Review the preview. If a background-removal choice appears, choose whether to keep the original or use the processed image before upload.
- Edit About you if wanted. The biography field allows up to 2,000 characters.
- Choose Save and wait for Profile saved. A preview alone is not confirmation that the profile was saved.
Photo options and limits
The photo helps people recognize you. Use Remove photo where offered to remove the selected/saved photo, then save the profile. Upload errors or an unavailable file are shown explicitly. If an image could not be kept, choose it again rather than assuming the preview is stored.
The profile form does not change your sign-in email or payment card. Manage sign-in methods through Settings; manage the billing contact through Billing. Notification preferences also live in Settings, not in the biography.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | What to do |

| Profile cannot load | Check connectivity and choose Retry. |
| Save is disabled | Enter a nonblank full name and wait for any current save to finish. |
| Phone is invalid | Use a real valid phone number and correct its format. |
| Phone is already used | Check whether it belongs to another account you own; resolve that account conflict instead of using someone else's number. |
| Licence number refused | Use digits only, up to the stated length, or leave the optional field empty. |
| Photo unavailable | Select the image again and save; a local preview is not a saved file. |
| Save failed | Keep the desired values on screen, check the connection and retry saving. |
