What this is for

The rating page collects a response to an available in-app experience request. Its question names the relevant brand. It is not a general account-settings form and does not always have an open request.

Before you start

Open the rating request while signed in to the intended account and workspace. Think about what worked and what could improve. Do not include passwords, full card numbers or another person's private information in written feedback.

Submit your rating

  1. Open the rating page. If there is no current request, you see Nothing to rate right now and Back to home instead of stars.
  2. When a request is available, read the experience question and choose one to five stars. Choosing a star submits that rating immediately; there is no separate initial Send button.
  3. Wait for the page to load the next step. It adapts to the rating recorded.

If the rating is one, two or three stars

  1. The page asks What wasn't good?.
  2. Enter a useful explanation. The text field is required for this step, ignores blank-only feedback and accepts up to 2,000 characters.
  3. Choose Send. After saving, one- and two-star responses receive Thank you, we'll get back to you; a three-star response receives Thanks for the feedback!.

A thank-you is confirmation of the saved response, not a guarantee that the reported problem has already been fixed.

If the rating is four or five stars

  1. If a Google review link is available, the page offers Write a Google review. Choosing it opens the external review page in another tab; choosing Skip moves past that offer.
  2. The next offer asks whether you want to record a short video testimonial in exchange for two additional free weeks.
  3. Choose Yes, gladly or No thanks. Accepting records your interest and shows Great! We'll be in touch soon. This page does not record/upload a video and does not itself confirm that extra weeks have already been applied.

The Google-review button records that you opened the link; it does not prove a review was posted. Both follow-up offers are separate from the star rating already submitted.

If something goes wrong
