Choose property destinations, review the sample and create

Choose where a Nadlanite property should appear, correct the AI sample and create paused content before reviewing and starting it.

What this is for

This is the final part of the AI property path: choose destinations, review a sample and create the property's content. The property sequence does not include the general campaign's content-types and ideas screens.

Before you start

Complete property details and description/photos. Connect the accounts and groups that may receive the listing. Check which profile or Page should publish, especially if several identities are connected.

Choose where the property is posted

  1. Continue to Where to publish?.
  2. Select the networks you want. Use Choose to select accounts and targets; use Edit the choice to check or change a completed selection.
  3. For Facebook groups, choose the publishing identity and the folders or individual groups. Read and complete the live-folder confirmation when shown: folder membership is resolved when each post goes out.
  4. Review account names and target summaries. If a network is missing, follow A network is missing? Connect it in Connections. See social connections and group connections.
  5. If Marketplace is available and selected, check the listing details prefilled from the property rather than assuming every field is complete. Availability depends on the account and workspace.
  6. If a paid-ad option is shown, treat it as separate from ordinary network publishing. Review its destination and settings. Creating the property does not mean a prepared paid ad is live or approved to spend.
  7. Press Continue to open the sample step.

Review the sample

  1. Wait while The AI is writing a sample….
  2. Read A sample post about the property and Full text. Check address, city, rooms, price, currency, contact details and factual claims against the actual property.
  3. Inspect the sample image and the chosen photo policy. An inspired image should not be mistaken for documentary evidence of the property.
  4. Write the required correction under What should change?, then choose Update the sample.
  5. Review the new sample and Changes you asked for. Remove a change if you no longer want that instruction.
  6. Use Another image if needed and available. Re-read the text after any change; a good image is not a substitute for accurate wording.

Create, then review before starting

  1. Read the paused-creation notice and choose Create the property.
  2. The screen explains that creation continues in the background. Return to Properties or open the property board.
  3. Check the posts as they become ready, including videos and each network's destination and schedule.
  4. When the paused content is ready to run, choose Resume all. This starts the reviewed content; creating the property alone did not publish it.
  5. Inspect publication outcomes on the board. Do not use the overall property status as proof that every group received the listing.

Rules and conditional options

At least one network and a sample are required. Uploads must finish. Facebook-group folders can require explicit confirmation, and messaging recipients require the consent presented in their settings.

Paid-ad availability and account permissions vary. If paid-ad controls are not shown, do not assume they are enabled for your workspace. For advertising and spend approvals, use paid ads.

If something goes wrong

  • No networks are connected yet.: connect an account before selecting a publishing target.
  • Pick at least one network: select a target and complete its account/group settings.
  • In the Facebook groups settings, confirm that folders are resolved when each post goes out: reopen the group choice and complete the displayed confirmation.
  • A sample is needed first or We couldn't create a sample. You can try again.: wait for or retry the sample; do not assume an empty sample was approved.
  • We couldn't update the sample. You can try again.: keep the requested correction and retry before creating.
  • We could not create the property. You can try again.: retry while retaining the choices; inspect the board for any existing content.
  • The property is paused after creation: this is intentional. Review it and use Resume all when ready, not a second creation.
  • A group post waits for an offline extension: repair the extension connection.
