Use the campaign board and understand publication status

Find posts, open their network cards, inspect attention messages and read campaign results without confusing a scheduled post with a confirmed publication.

What the board contains

Open a campaign from Campaigns, or a property from Properties in Nadlanite. The board at /campaigns/:id brings together the content and its network cards.

A post can have several cards: each represents that post on one network/account and format, with its own settings and schedule. A campaign's overall status is a summary, not confirmation that every destination received every post.

Find and open a post

  1. Open the campaign card or row.
  2. Under Current posts, use Search posts, the Network and Ad set filters, or Filter by status.
  3. Switch View between Cards and List if another layout is easier.
  4. Click a post card to open Edit post. Review its text, media, Networks and publishing times.
  5. Close the popup to return to the board. Look in Completed posts for finished cards rather than assuming they were deleted.
  6. To add content, choose Add a post. See adding another post.

Status is not the same as a publishing result

Label Meaning
Draft The post is not approved to run in its current form. Review and publish it.
Scheduled The card is waiting for its scheduled publication; this does not prove delivery.
Active The card's run is active. Inspect its results and attention messages for the actual outcome.
Paused Sending is paused. AI-created posts start this way for review.
Finished The card's schedule/run has ended. A completed post can offer Restart to choose when it goes out again.
Archived The campaign was moved to the archive. Published posts remain online.
Needs attention A separate warning requiring inspection; it can accompany an otherwise scheduled or active card.

Failed, held and awaiting verification

A failed attempt means the latest attempt did not complete successfully. Open the attention explanation: it shows What happened, How to fix and, when available, The network's message:. Fix the stated cause before choosing Try again.

A held job is waiting rather than a confirmed publication. Reasons include a disconnected extension, a paused identity, possible duplicate content or a content update. Updating the content · sends are paused means the rewrite has not finished. Do not duplicate a post to get around a hold.

An outcome awaiting verification is uncertain, not safely “failed.” Check the destination on the network before retrying. The posting guidance explicitly warns that a post may have gone out even when the extension reported an internal error. Awaiting group admin approval means the group administrator has not approved it yet; another publication is not the fix.

Ad-set folders

Use Select cards, tick the cards and choose Group into an ad set. Enter Ad set name to organize related cards. Open the set to see its posts; Pause set, Resume set and Ungroup set act on that grouping.

An ad-set folder is not proof that a paid ad is live. Paid ads have separate controls and states. If paid-ad controls are not available in your workspace, do not assume the folder launches paid advertising. See paid ads.

Results and analytics

In Summary, inspect Performance, Total sends, Publications by network and What works best. Cards show supported network metrics such as views, reach and comments, and posting counts such as Posts today, Last 7 days, Last posted and Next post.

Stats aren't available for this channel and — are not zero-result measurements. For broader reporting, see analytics.

If something goes wrong

  • The page couldn't load.: retry loading. A not-found message is different; use Back to Campaigns or Back to Properties to locate the correct item.
  • Extension disconnected: open Chrome with the extension and keep it open. See installation and pairing.
  • Facebook sign-in unavailable: sign into the correct Facebook account in the browser with the extension.
  • Possible duplicate or an uncertain outcome: check the group for an existing post before retrying.
  • The post changed after it was approved — save it again to publish.: open the post, review the current content and approve that version.
  • Building this campaign didn't finish. The posts that were ready are below.: review the posts that exist; do not assume every planned post was created.
