Schedule posts and repeat publishing

How scheduling works

Each network/account card has its own schedule. By default, feed posts publish Once and Facebook groups continue within a publishing window. The current composer also offers explicit Repeats for eligible non-group networks; choosing a network does not turn recurrence on automatically.

Marketplace listings publish once, with a separate Renew listing setting. Do not confuse renewal with publishing the same feed post repeatedly.

Before you start

Write the post, choose its networks and review the preview. Continue with Finish to When should the post go out?. Check the workspace time zone shown by the scheduling controls.

Set a one-time post

  1. Select the network/account whose time you want to change.
  2. Press Change and keep Once.
  3. Choose Now, or set a date and time.
  4. Check the summary for that network. Repeat for other selected networks if they need different times.
  5. Use Apply to all networks only when you want the same schedule on the other compatible networks. Facebook-group windows and Marketplace one-time schedules do not accept incompatible rules.

Set an explicit repeat

  1. For an eligible non-group network, choose Repeats.
  2. Choose Every week or Every month.
  3. Weekly: select at least one day under Which days?.
  4. Monthly: enter Which day of the month?, from 1 to 31.
  5. Enter Time, then choose Until I stop it or Until a date and an End date.
  6. Review the summary. The same text is published on every repeat. For WhatsApp, the message goes to the same recipients each time.

Set the Facebook-group window

  1. Select Facebook groups in the timing screen.
  2. Choose Now, no end date or Start and end dates.
  3. For a date range, choose Start date and optionally End date (optional). The end must follow the start.
  4. Review Post priority. The stars set the post's share of the Facebook-groups budget and its precedence when posts compete for the same time; they are not a promise of a fixed number of publications.
  5. Publish the manual post, or review an AI-created campaign and choose Resume all. Setting a time alone is not proof that a post was sent.

Pauses and missed times

When resuming shows You missed posts, choose Send one now or Continue from the next time. This is a choice about missed publications, not an instruction to resend every missed occurrence.

If something goes wrong

  • Choose at least one day: select a weekday before saving a weekly rule.
  • Choose a valid time (HH:MM): correct the time field.
  • The end date must be after the start date: move the end later or clear the optional group end.
  • The publishing time has passed. Choose a new time.: set a future time and review again.
  • Fix the publishing time marked in red: inspect each network, not just the selected one.
  • A group card waits for the extension: install and pair the extension. Do not create a second copy just to bypass a wait.
