What this is for
Choose the manual path when you want to write the post yourself and choose its media, destinations and timing. You can still use the AI writing tools without asking AI to build an entire campaign.
Before you start
- Connect the accounts you want to use: social accounts and Facebook groups.
- For browser-extension Facebook-group posting, install and pair the extension, sign into the intended Facebook account and keep Chrome open.
- Prepare the text and any photos/videos you own or may use. Check which account or Page should publish.
Choose the campaign's purpose
- Open Campaigns and choose New campaign. On phones, if that page button is not shown, use the navigation's add control.
- At What is the campaign's goal?, choose Leads, Promote an event, Sales, Traffic or Other.
- For an event, answer Which event?; for sales, What are you selling?. Choose a recent answer or write a new one and continue. For Other, fill in What is the goal? and press Continue.
- At How urgent is this campaign?, choose one to five stars and continue. Urgency controls relative priority and the pace of content creation; it is not a guaranteed publishing count.
- If Who gets this campaign's leads? appears, choose the intended person or As usual — whoever runs the ad or the website, then continue. This question depends on the workspace's team.
- At Who creates the campaign content?, choose Me.
Note: In Nadlanite the entry is Properties → New property. New properties skip the general goal/detail questions and use property urgency and lead-owner wording. Choosing Me opens the manual composer; the structured AI property flow is explained in property details.
Write the post and add media
- In Post content, write the message. Name is optional; use it to recognize the post.
- Choose Upload photos or videos or Add media to attach files. Wait for Uploading… to finish. Adding media advances to network selection.
- For a text-only post, choose Continue without adding media. Networks/formats that require a photo or video still need suitable media.
- Review the attached files. Use Remove media to remove the wrong item. You can also Create an image from the text after writing the post.
The manual text limit is 10,000 characters, and individual networks can impose smaller limits. The UI shows the applicable media-file limit and network-specific restrictions; do not treat one network's accepted format as universal.
Choose destinations and review
- Under Networks, click the network you want. Select the intended Accounts and Where to publish, such as Feed post, Story or Reel, where offered.
- For Facebook groups, select the publishing identity and choose folders or individual groups. Finish the selection with Done. Complete any shared-folder confirmation shown; a folder is a live selection, not necessarily a frozen list.
- Add the other networks you need. Check their account names, formats and destination summaries before continuing. A selected platform name alone is not enough if its account or groups are missing.
- Press I'm done. The Preview appears.
- Read the text, check media and inspect the network previews. Use Add or edit networks to correct the destinations.
- Press Finish. When should the post go out? appears.
Schedule and approve publication
- Review each network/account. Keep a one-time feed post, choose an explicit repeat where supported, or set the Facebook-group publishing window. See scheduling.
- Review Post priority, and any required confirmations for messages to people.
- Press Publish to the campaign, or Publish to the property in Nadlanite. This is the current manual publishing control: the publish/start action is your grant to send this content to the selected destinations on its schedules. It is not just a preview or draft save.
- To save without granting publication, choose Save as a draft in the campaign or the corresponding property action instead.
- Read the completion result, then view the campaign. Check its network cards and actual publication results.
Important: A successful save or queued/scheduled card is not proof of a live post. AI-created campaigns use a different review gate: they start paused and require Resume all after review.
If something goes wrong
- Write the post's text: enter the message before continuing.
- Choose at least one network or Choose at least one folder or group: complete the destination selection, not just the platform choice.
- Wait for the media to finish uploading: wait before submitting; remove and upload unavailable media again.
- Needs a photo or video / Needs a video: attach media suitable for that format or choose another format.
- Reconnect this account before publishing.: repair the social connection.
- The extension is offline: restore its connection. Do not publish a second copy to bypass the wait.
- A completion result reports a network was not published: fix the reason, then use Try again on its card. Other successful networks do not make this one successful.
