What this does

When an eligible offer is available in the real-estate edition, setup can bring over a previous Nadlanite account or subscription. Read the offer carefully: an account import and a subscription-only transfer are not the same. The screen describes which is available for you.

Before you start

Sign in with the intended account. Have access to the email used in the old Nadlanite system, even if it differs from your current email. Check any existing renewal arrangement before accepting or declining a transfer.

Review and accept the offer

  1. After choosing real estate, review Bring over my Nadlanite account if offered. An early offer can fill unanswered office and personal details; the account is transferred into the office after that office exists.
  2. Check the account match, counts and subscription details displayed. If the old account uses another address, choose My Nadlanite account uses another email. An early selection continues to verification after office creation.
  3. When the email form appears, enter Nadlanite email address and choose Send verification code. Enter the 6-digit verification code and choose Verify email. Use Resend code if necessary.
  4. Read the actual subscription consent, price information and first-charge date shown. Monthly and yearly transfers have different terms. Accept the required consent only if you agree. Do not treat a prefilled logo or account lookup as confirmation that billing transferred.
  5. If data import is offered, review Resume posting automatically. Leaving it selected requests continuation of eligible active properties after the required Facebook connection and group matching. Clear it if you do not want that automatic continuation.
  6. Choose Bring over my account, or Bring my subscription for a subscription-only offer. Wait for the result. If no eligible subscription exists, the offer can explain that only data moves.
  7. For an account import, follow Import progress and What was brought over. You may leave the screen while import continues; return to billing for View import progress and summary.

What moves and what still needs attention

An account-import offer describes properties, photos and videos, contacts, tasks and posting settings. The import summary distinguishes created, updated, kept, skipped and failed items. A completed import can still have skipped or failed items; inspect those details rather than assuming every record arrived.

Facebook groups are matched when Facebook is connected. Posting can wait for Facebook, group loading or a choice of publishing profile/Page. Import completion is not proof that a post has reached Facebook. A subscription-only offer explicitly says the properties and contacts remain in the old system for now.

Declining or skipping

Not now can show a warning that the old Nadlanite subscription keeps renewing. Back to the transfer returns to the offer; Continue without moving leaves it. If you keep an old subscription, cancel it with the old provider if necessary to avoid double billing. A data-only import does not automatically cancel an old renewal that was not transferred.

If something goes wrong

Symptom Next step
No offer appears The flow is conditional; do not assume all accounts are eligible. Continue normal setup.
Another email must be verified Use the old account's address and the latest code, not a different person's account.
Import completed with failures Inspect skipped items and reasons, including unavailable media or invalid contact details.
Import could not complete Use Try importing again. The interface says your existing edits will be kept.
Imported properties are waiting to post Connect Facebook, let groups load and choose the posting identity if requested.
Billing has not been transferred Review the consent and result; a saved account claim alone does not mean the subscription moved.
