What setup does

The wizard asks only the questions that apply to your current membership. Creating your first workspace, creating another workspace, joining a team and joining as a viewer are different paths. Personal details already completed in another workspace may be omitted.

Before you start

Sign in to the intended personal account. Prepare the workspace or office name, a contact phone number and an email. A logo, photo and descriptions are optional. If joining an office, get its join code instead of creating a duplicate office.

Owner setup, step by step

  1. In Field, choose what you do. Choosing an industry advances the wizard; My field isn't listed lets you type your own field and choose Continue. Real estate uses the Nadlanite edition.
  2. If a previous Nadlanite account offer appears, review it or choose Not now. This is conditional, not a mandatory step for every real-estate user. Follow the migration guide.
  3. In Goals, select at least one goal. Choices cover social presence, leads, AI assistance and paid ads. Complete the question about how you heard about the app and any follow-up question shown.
  4. In Workspace, enter a name. Adding a name reveals optional Logo and What the business does fields. These help prepare content. In the real-estate edition, Office asks how you work and can offer joining instead; see office setup.
  5. If Previous subscription appears after the office exists, complete or decline the relevant transfer flow. An earlier choice to use another Nadlanite email is verified here.
  6. In Accounts, choose a network and complete its connection flow. Facebook groups use the extension or cloud-phone connection offered in that flow. More opens additional networks. Your connected accounts are shown for review. You can choose I'll connect later and confirm Connect later; preparing a post does not remove the need for a connected network before publishing.
  7. If you chose the paid-ad goal, Paid ads offers ad-account connections. This step is optional. If paid ads are unavailable in this workspace, the screen says so and you can continue.
  8. In Assistant, optionally connect Google Calendar, Gmail or WhatsApp where enabled. A disabled integration shows Not available yet. These are assistant connections, not substitutes for publishing-account connections. Gmail's setup text explains that sends require approval.
  9. In Details, complete Full name, Gender, Phone and Email. Check any prefilled values. Your photo and A sentence about you are optional; the real-estate edition also offers a broker-license field. The preview reflects the details entered.
  10. In Publish, choose the manual or AI creation path. Review the content, destinations and final action inside that creator. The seat dialog may appear before saving or publishing; read its plan and payment terms first. Skip for now is available on the initial choice screen. After successful completion, the app opens the relevant campaign/property or the app destination for the completed path.

Joining members and viewers

  • Invited admins and members begin at Welcome, which names the workspace and role. If needed, they complete their own goals and details, then their connections, optional paid-ad connections, assistant connections and first post. They do not repeat the owner's office setup.
  • Viewers begin at Welcome, complete personal steps when needed, then Seat. They do not connect networks or publish. Once the seat is ready, their own confirmation opens the workspace.
  • When someone else pays for your seat, wait for it to become ready. Use Check again if needed. A ready-seat notice is not a publish command: press the relevant button yourself to continue.

You can return to a step already reached, but cannot jump ahead to an unreached step. If a required answer is missing, the wizard highlights it. If access requires a seat earlier, Set up your seat to continue explains why; activating the seat resumes the flow rather than starting a new workspace.

If something goes wrong

Symptom Cause and next step
Continue does not advance Fill the highlighted required answer, including follow-up attribution or a valid phone/email.
A phone is already in use Check whether it belongs to your other account; resolve the conflict rather than inventing a number.
Logo or photo could not be kept Choose it again, or remove the optional image and continue without it.
Waiting for an office The join request needs the office's approval. Follow the waiting screen instead of creating another office.
Seat is being set up for you Wait for the payer, then check again and continue once ready.
The post was saved but setup could not finish Use Retry on that completion screen; do not create a second copy of the saved post.
