Add media and create images for a post
Upload photos or videos, reuse campaign media, generate an image from the post brief and edit attachments before publishing.

Before you start
Open a draft in campaign creation. This guide describes its Media controls, not the standalone Photo studio gallery. You need write permission for changes. Write the post before generating an image from its text.
Upload or reuse media
- In Media, choose Add media and Upload photos or videos. Choose files and wait for uploading to finish; attached thumbnails appear.
- For an existing campaign, use From the …'s media bank to reuse its assets. The label includes your campaign's product noun. Select available items and Add. Items marked Already attached cannot be added twice.
- Open an attached thumbnail to inspect it. Use Previous media and Next media to review the set, Edit for a supported still image or Remove from post to detach an item.
- Reorder attachments by dragging. With the keyboard, press Space to pick up an item, use arrow keys to move it and Space to drop it; Escape cancels.
- Check the final set before choosing networks. A post holds up to 25 media files; a particular publishing destination can have additional rules.
Removing an attachment from a draft is different from deleting a photo from the shared gallery.
Create an image with AI
- Write the post's content, then choose Create an image from the text. The Create media with AI dialog opens; your post text is part of its brief.
- Fill What would you like to see in the image? with the visual request, up to 500 characters.
- If available, choose Use the photos in this post, Add my logo and/or Include my profile photo. These controls appear only when the relevant source exists. Reference photos are eligible still images, not GIFs; up to four can be supplied.
- Click Create. Wait for Creating the image… and the upload to complete. The generated image is added to the draft, not automatically published.
- Open the result and check lettering, identity, factual claims and visual details. Use Edit if it needs changes.
This dialog does not offer a general image-quality tier selector. Background-removal quality choices are described in Photo studio, not assumed to apply to this generation flow.
Edit or enhance attached photos
Choose Edit on an image to open the shared image editor. Make changes, compare and save to return the result to the post. Auto enhance opens a batch workflow: compare Before and After, choose the original or enhanced version, optionally add logo/profile/text overlays, then Apply to photos. Read the result for any photos left unchanged or not saved.
When Video Studio is enabled and the relevant action is offered, video creation can hand photos into that studio. This is not available in every workspace or onboarding context. See Video Studio.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Recovery |
|---|---|
| Asked to write the post first | Add post text before image generation. |
| No logo/profile option | The corresponding workspace logo or profile photo was not available; continue without it or set it up first. |
| Media bank is empty | Upload media or use another available source. The bank is specific to the existing campaign. |
| Limit reached | Remove an attachment before adding another; do not assume every network accepts the full 25-file set. |
| Restored draft reports unavailable media | Re-upload the missing files; the notice means they were removed from the draft. |
| Enhancement partly failed | Read which photos stayed unchanged, then retry only as needed and inspect the resulting draft. |
