Manage your plan, card and invoices
Read personal billing, update a saved card and contact details, review plan changes, and cancel renewal without confusing it with immediate cancellation.

Before you start
Open My billing from the account menu. The page title is Billing. Check the workspace name on each seat: this personal page can show more than one workspace. If another person sponsors your seat, their payment responsibilities are not the same as your personal card details.
Read your plan and transactions
- Under Your plan, review the workspace, plan/term, monthly amount, status and renewal dates. A pending change has its own effective date.
- Under Transaction history, review bill amounts and states. Paid differs from Due, Payment failed — retrying, Declined or Being confirmed.
- Use View invoice where offered to open the tax invoice/receipt. The plan screen states that a tax invoice/receipt is also emailed for every charge to the billing email.
- If a paid-campaign fee section appears, distinguish its month-to-date estimate from final bills. The estimate says it is charged on the third of the following month and uses the platform's final figures.
Add or replace a card
- In Payment method, choose Add card or Replace card. The page shows only the saved card's masked ending, not the full number.
- Review Name on card and Billing email in the card flow. Billing information explains that replacing the card is also how you update those contact fields.
- Confirm the consent and finish secure card setup.
- Return to the original tab and check the saved/replaced result. A card change is not proof that an unresolved past payment has been settled; read the bill state.
Change plan or commitment
- Choose Change plan beside the correct seat.
- Review the available new plan or term and the price shown.
- Read whether it takes effect immediately or at the end of the existing commitment, and whether a charge, credit or new commitment applies.
- Confirm only after reviewing those details. Check the result for the charged amount or scheduled date.
The interface distinguishes an immediate upgrade charge, a longer commitment with applicable next-bill credit, shortening at the end of the current commitment, and trial changes with no charge during the trial. The exact outcome depends on your seat and chosen change; do not assume every change happens now or costs nothing.
Cancel renewal
- Find Cancel plan for the correct workspace's seat.
- Read the confirmation asking to cancel renewal at the end of the current commitment.
- Confirm only if that is what you intend. The plan remains active until the end of its term and payments for a committed period continue until it ends.
- Check the displayed end or pending-cancellation information. During a trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid its first charge.
Canceling renewal is not an immediate refund, removing a team member or deleting the workspace. Leaving a workspace likewise does not erase an existing payment commitment.
Team billing and sponsorship
Authorized owners/admins and sponsors can see Team seats. Read each change's payer, amounts and dates. Switching to sponsored billing requires the designated sponsor's confirmation. Where a workspace switches to self-pay, Workspaces switched to self-pay can ask you to Set up my billing to keep your seat. Do not assume someone else's card will continue paying after a payer change.
If something goes wrong
- No personally billed plan: the page may correctly say you have none; your seat may be sponsored.
- Payment being confirmed: follow the message and do not pay again just to clear it.
- Frozen seat or payment issue: the responsible payer should inspect the card and bill state.
- A quote changed: read the updated amount and confirm again only if you agree.
- An invoice cannot open: retry from the current billing page rather than relying on an old document link.
- Billing action unavailable: check role, payer, current payment processing and workspace purchase availability.
