# Getting started with LeadKnight

Create an account, complete setup, find your way around the app, and get help in the language you prefer.

## Start here

LeadKnight organizes your work inside workspaces. Your personal account can belong to more than one workspace, and your role and subscription access can differ between them. In the real-estate edition, Nadlanite, the workspace is presented as an office and campaigns are called properties.

## What to expect

The **Assistant** entry opens the conversation page. **Connections** is where you connect publishing accounts; creating an app account does not automatically connect social networks. Preparing content and publishing it are different actions: review the destination and final action before proceeding.

Some features are enabled separately for each workspace. If an optional menu entry is absent, it may not be enabled for that workspace yet; changing your language does not unlock features. A role or subscription notice may also explain why an action is unavailable.
