# Choose a plan and start your trial

Compare what is included, understand monthly charges and commitments, and confirm the exact seat quote before activation.

## Before you start

Know which workspace and member the seat is for and who pays. A viewer seat has a different price from a full seat. Billing availability and trial eligibility are determined by the current account and workspace; use the quote displayed rather than assuming a new trial for each new workspace.

## What the plan cards include

The plan screen's **Everything included in every plan** list shows:

- **AI-assisted post text and images**.
- **Facebook group posting from your own profile**.
- **Publishing to connected social accounts**.
- **Campaigns and scheduling calendar**.
- **Contacts**.
- **Team roles and permissions**.

The connected-account allowance comes from the selected plan and is displayed on the screen; do not assume the same count for every plan. The real-estate edition adds **Property details to advertising copy**. Included capabilities still require applicable connections, permissions and feature availability. Assistant use has allowances; it is not unlimited.

## Select and review

1. Open the available plan-selection action from billing or the setup flow. You see the current catalog's plans and terms.
1. Choose **Monthly**, **Quarterly** or **Yearly** as offered. Prices are per month plus VAT. Monthly has no minimum commitment; quarterly and yearly mean three or twelve monthly payments, not one payment for the entire term.
1. Select the plan and continue to its payment/seat review. Check the workspace, payer and role before proceeding.
1. Read **Charged today**, **Regular monthly payment (including VAT)**, **Next billing date** and **Payment method**. Read the commitment and renewal explanation too.
1. If a trial is available, review its actual duration and the no-charge-today explanation. A card is required. If the trial has already been used, **Activate your seat** shows the charge due today.
1. Accept the displayed recurring-payment and terms consent where required. If an applicable discount-code field is offered, apply the code and review the updated first-payment quote; an invalid or ineligible code is not applied.
1. Choose the action that matches your intent. **Start trial** or **Activate seat** opens seat access without publishing. **Start trial & keep draft** or **Activate & keep draft** preserves a draft. **Start trial & continue to publish** or **Activate & continue to publish** continues the publishing flow; queued is not delivered. An AI-creation flow can start background content creation after activation.

## Trial end and renewal

During an eligible trial, nothing is charged today. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid its first charge. Otherwise the selected plan starts automatically at the monthly price plus VAT; a quarterly or yearly commitment begins with it. Canceling renewal during a commitment does not remove the remaining payments. Review the current date and cancellation terms shown for your seat.

A sponsored seat instead tells you the sponsor sets it up. Wait for that setup; do not enter your own card unless deliberately switching to a self-pay arrangement through its proper flow.

## If something goes wrong

- No purchase available: follow the availability message; do not assume billing is enabled for every workspace.
- Price cannot load: retry loading; no guessed price should be confirmed.
- Quote or consent changed: review the new amount and terms and agree again.
- Trial unavailable: the screen can explain that it was already used; review the actual charge due today.
- Discount refused: check whether it is expired, for new customers, already used or your own code.
- Sponsor still pending: ask the sponsor to finish setup or assign the plan.

2. Every plan starts with ten days free. Nothing is charged today, and you can cancel during the trial.
3. Monthly has no commitment.
4. Quarterly commits for three months at a lower monthly price.
5. Yearly has the lowest monthly price.
6. All plans include the same features.

8. When you are ready, click Start free on the plan you want, and add your card on the secure payment page.
